Swanky Babies uses USPS, UPS and Fedex Ground shipping for all orders. Items are generally shipped in 3-5 business days from our warehouse. Standard shipping rates and time frames apply. Expedited shipping is available , please contact for more information. Oversize and/or any shipments requiring a box will be billed for any additional shipping costs. Standard Shipping is for poly mailer shipping only within the lower 48 states. Any Furniture items that are shipped will incure additional shipping fees.

Shipping areas:: Swanky babies only ships to the United States. Alaska and Hawaii residents will be responsible for all shipping fees associated with their orders. we DO NOT SHIP to FORWARDING companies that will in turn ship products out of country. If you place an order and it is shipping to a forwarding company you order will be canceled and charged a 15% restocking fee.
Exchange/Returns:: Swanky Babies will gladly exchange or return any items within 15 days of receiving your purchase less shipping & handling costs. Items must be factory sealed to be accepted. Some items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Supplements, oils, bras, and nursing and personal pleasure items items are all FINAL SALE. Please contact us at [email protected] before shipping your item back to receive a Return Authorization number. Any Refunds issued will be refunded in the same form of original payment less any restocking fees within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item.
Cancellations:: All canceled orders will be refunded in the form of original payment less 5% for the processing fees.
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.
